With the TONDA PF Chronographe Mystérieux, the Maison introduces a new chronograph — a world première that redefines both the reading and use of one of horology's most codified complications. Conceived without sub-dials, it offers a display across the full dial, with a function revealed only on demand. At rest, nothing betrays its presence, preserving the purity of a three-hand TONDA PF.

This innovation is based on an unprecedented structure bringing together five coaxial hands at the centre of the dial. When activated, three hands measure hours, minutes and seconds, while two ensure the continuity of civil time, creating a new and highly intuitive display developed over several years.

Returning to its origins, Parmigiani Fleurier revisits the TORIC collection through three creations: Petite Seconde, Quantième Perpétuel and Chronographe Rattrapante. Together, they form more than a collection: a clear position within the contemporary dress watch, where mechanical intelligence, artisanal mastery and aesthetic restraint are held in perfect balance.

At the heart of the trilogy lies a shared artistic expression: the introduction of the hand-hammered gold dial. This rare decorative technique, developed for the Maison's 30th anniversary, requires around sixty manual operations, each performed by a single artisan. Through a succession of precise strikes, the surface is shaped into a subtly irregular, living texture that interacts uniquely with light. No two dials are ever identical.

TONDA PF Platinum Trilogy

To mark its 30th anniversary, Parmigiani Fleurier unveils a trilogy of TONDA PF World Premières, crafted in 950 platinum and issued in limited editions of 30 pieces each.

Comprising the GMT Rattrapante, Minute Rattrapante and Chronographe Mystérieux, the trilogy is conceived as a harmonious whole — a collector-driven vision of contemporary haute horlogerie. Rooted in an intimate knowledge of great horological constructions, it extends a direction initiated with the TONDA PF Micro-Rotor, founded on purity of lines, formal coherence and a cultivated relationship with time.

Crafted entirely in 18-carat rose gold, this version of the TONDA PF Chronograph offers a more precious interpretation of the collection's aesthetic. Its polished and satin-finished 40 mm case, with a knurled bezel, reflects a deliberate search for the right proportion. The absence of a date display preserves the purity of the dial, placing full emphasis on the chronograph functions.

The Mineral Blue dial, adorned with hand-guilloché Grain d'Orge, interacts dynamically with light, creating a living surface that evolves throughout the day. At its heart beats the integrated high-frequency PF070 manufacture movement. Only 6.95 mm thick, it delivers a 65-hour power reserve and reflects the Maison's approach to finishing: not to accumulate decoration, but to structure light and enhance legibility.
